"Expand the horizons of my palette"...that's what I said I would do.

It's been a weekend of the sea for the household at 'Pince Nez'.

On Saturday evening, Amanda-Jayne made some crab cakes with a bit of help from Nich. This evening Nich grilled some Talapia. Both were enjoyable. I had one of each.

I'd say that I'm on my way to new things.
